O'Sullivan on his start to the year
I feel like as a group and probably personally it is pretty similar.
We have had a few ups and downs already to start the year, obviously we are back on the right track now winning the last two.
For me personally, it has probably been a bit of reflection of the same as a group, I feel like I have had good moments in games and feel like I am really building.
There are still things that I am definitely trying to work on and build on each week.
O'Sullivan on what the Cats have changed
It was difficult for us in the first week. Obviously with the Suns being the talented side that they are, they probably brought the heat and the pressure earlier in the game.
It put us on the back foot a little bit, we don't want to be a side that sees ourselves as second in that area.
For us, the last few weeks it has been about getting that back on our terms and being that ruthless team that we identify ourselves as.
It has helped us to get games back on our terms.
O'Sullivan on what helped his growth
I think it definitely helped last year, being lucky enough to be a part of the Finals series and a fair few games.
It is probably a reflection of the talent that we have got that I am lucky enough to have alongside me, especially in defence.
We have got experience in every position and for me, being able to lean on those sorts of guys gives me a lot of confidence that when I go out there, I can just play to my strengths and know they are playing to theirs.
O'Sullivan on challenging himself against the best forwards
It is super exciting.
Growing up as a kid, you always watch these big tall forwards who can really takeover games.
I think for us as a group, it is really exciting when we get to put ourselves up against a task like that. Particularly last week, Adelaide are a pretty potent forward line and again on Easter Monday, it will be a good challenge again.
The Hawks have such a good forward line so I think the more that we can compete against the best, it really shows where we are at as a group.
If you want to be a good team, you have to beat the good teams so I think that is an internal challenge for us.
O'Sullivan on Easter Monday
I think it was my first opportunity to play at the MCG, the Easter Monday game last year.
It is a massive opportunity to get that experience, whether you make Finals or not it is a great chance to play in front of a huge crowd and atmosphere.
I think it just another step up from what we play at every week, it is a super opportunity to play in front of a massive crowd of Geelong supporters. They are so good every year when they come out.
I went to the one before that as a spectator and just being able to feel the atmosphere of that game and energy, those are the games you want to play in and play really well in.
