The Cats welcomed former Port Adelaide and Gold Coast Suns player Kate Surman to the club via a trade in the 2023 Sign and Trade Period. An experienced forward/midfielder, Surman shapes as a key component in the Cats’ attacking half, providing a link between the midfield and forward line. With energy to burn and an ability to find space, Surman will bring an exciting new factor to Geelong’s attacking play in 2023.
