Geelong has confirmed their team for Sunday's AFLW clash with Essendon, with the Cats making four changes as they search for their third consecutive win. 

Three players are set to pull on the blue and white Hoops for the very first time, with Jasmin Stewart and Annie Lee set to make their club debut, while Renee Morgan will play her first AFLW game. 

Kate Surman rounds out the inclusions, with the experienced forward set to play her first game in the 2026 season. 

As announced on Thursday, four Geelong players will miss Sunday's game through injury including Zali Friswell, Priya Bowering, Piper Dunlop and Emma Kilpatrick. 

Geelong returns home in Round 4 looking to continue their momentum, as they prepare to take on Essendon at GMHBA Stadium on Sunday afternoon. 

With a hard-fought victory over Gold Coast last weekend, the Cats made it back-to-back victories and moved inside the top eight on the ladder for the first time this year, looking to make it three straight wins on Sunday. 

Tickets are available through Ticketmaster for Geelong's Round 4 clash, with adult tickets from $15, while kids 14 and under gain free entry. 

The match will also be broadcast on Fox Footy and streamed through Kayo from 2.30pm, ahead of the game commencing at 2.35pm.Â
