One of the Cats’ most elite kicks, Chantel Emonson had another strong season in her second campaign with Geelong. With silky skills and courageous attack on the ball, Emonson has time and time again been the Cats’ launching point out of defence. Emonson averaged 12.6 disposals at 76.3 percent efficiency, to go with 3.5 tackles and 3.4 intercepts per game. With strong leadership qualities on and off the field, Emonson has been part of Geelong’s leadership group since her first season in the Hoops.
