Geelong has recorded a clean sweep of the coaches' votes in their Round 6 victory over Collingwood, with co-captain Nina Morrison leading the way after polling a game-high nine votes. 

Morrison was brilliant through the middle of the ground, amassing 30 disposals, nine tackles, six clearances and 10 intercept possessions, particularly having a big impact after half time to help the Cats kick away. 

Georgie Prespakis received eight votes to continue her outstanding season, taking her tally to 40 votes for the year and moving into outright fourth position on the overall leaderboard. 

Equalling the AFLW record with eight centre clearances for the match, Prespakis also added six score involvements and five intercept possessions from her 27 disposals, while also adding a goal to top off the performance. 

Aishling Moloney has featured in the votes for the second time in three weeks, polling six votes after registering 20 disposals, three goals and a game-high 10 score involvements, which included a long-range goal from nearly the centre circle. 

Fellow forward Chloe Scheer also received five votes, after taking four marks inside 50 and converting that into four goals, with the star Cat finding some brilliant form as the year progresses. 

Chantel Emonson (19 disposals, nine intercept possessions) and Mikayla Bowen (29 disposals, nine score involvements) rounded out the voting for Round 6, with both players featuring in the votes for the second time in three matches. 

The AFLW Coaches Association’s Champion Player Award is an award voted by the 18 coaching panels on a 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 basis after each home and away game, acknowledging outstanding effort by an individual player in a season.
