Geelong will head back to Adelaide this weekend for the second time in three weeks, preparing to take on Port Adelaide on Saturday evening.
It will be the first time that the Cats have featured in a match on ANZAC Day since 2008, when they prevailed in a thrilling one-point victory over Fremantle at Subiaco.
Geelong will also be looking to continue their strong form at Adelaide Oval, having won five consecutive games at the venue dating back to the start of 2024.
The two teams squared off twice in 2025 with Geelong claiming victory in both games, the first by 76 points in Adelaide and the second an 88-point win at GMHBA Stadium.
With another exciting match awaiting, take a look ahead to Geelong's clash with Port Adelaide, proudly presented by Villawood Properties.

ROUND 6 TAKEAWAYS
On a special night celebrating the milestones of Mark Blicavs and Jake Kolodjashnij, Jeremy Cameron put in a performance for the ages as he kicked 10 goals against the Western Bulldogs to steer his side to a 75-point victory.
Bailey Smith continued his impressive start to the season collecting 33 disposals, 11 clearances and eight score involvements, certainly enjoying the challenge against his former side.
One key factor in the win was the cohesion of Geelong's forward line with Jack Martin (11 score involvements), Patrick Dangerfield (11 score involvements), Shannon Neale (nine score involvements) and Shaun Mannagh (eight inside 50s) all having a significant impact.
The Cats were also sound defensively, restricting the Bulldogs to just eight goals for the night in a strong performance that was led by Smith and Lawson Humphries, with both players picking off eight intercept possessions.
PLAYER TO WATCH
Oisin Mullin
Only 12 Irishmen in the competition's long and storied history have reached 50 AFL games, but Oisin Mullin is set to become the 13th when he takes on Port Adelaide this Saturday.
After getting a taste of the elite level in 2023, Mullin found more opportunities with Geelong's AFL side in 2024 before solidifying his position in 2025, playing 25 games for the season.
He has quickly become one of the game's best taggers, doing a stellar job on Marcus Bontempelli last week and has also done effective jobs against the likes of Hugh McCluggage and Nick Daicos previously.
Mullin also had two fascinating battles with Zak Butters last year, restricting the Port Adelaide star to 20 disposals and three clearances in Round 10 and just 10 disposals in Round 21.
Set to take on the Power on-baller again this week, Mullin will be one to watch in his 50th AFL game this weekend.
