Geelong are set for a big Saturday afternoon at the Cattery as the club celebrates Retro Round, making one change as they prepare to take on Essendon at GMHBA Stadium.

Sam De Koning returns to the line-up for his first appearance since Round 19, after he was late withdrawal through illness prior to the Cats' clash with Melbourne.

After a strong few weeks, Mitch Edwards will be managed this weekend and will not face the Bombers.

Tom Stewart will captain the side once again in Patrick Dangerfield's absence, as the Cats celebrate all things '90s this weekend with the club's Retro Round.

To commemorate the occasion, Geelong will wear a specially designed guernsey which highlights iconic players and moments from the era.
