Geelong has made five changes for Saturday's clash with Werribee, as they look to continue their hot form in search of a third consecutive win to open the 2026 season.

Jhye Clark returns to the Cats' VFL team for the first time this year, after featuring in Geelong's AFL team across their opening three matches.

Kobe George, Will Sheahan and Tom Peirce all return for their first VFL appearance of the year, while Jack Costello is set to pull on the blue and white Hoops for the first time.

Three experienced Cats in Brad Close, Jack Bowes and Jake Kolodjashnij all come out of the side with Geelong's AFL match to be played on Easter Monday, while Kye Annand and Jesse Hart will miss through injury.

The VFL Cats will head up the highway to take on Werribee on Saturday afternoon, with the match set to commence at 12.05pm AEDT from Melbourne Avalon Airport Oval.

Saturday's clash will be broadcast live and free on ABC and ABC iview, while every game of the 2026 Smithy's VFL season can also be streamed through the AFL app.
