Gunjaca enjoyed a career-best season in 2025, averaging career-highs in disposals, tackles and contested marks on the way to a sixth-placed finish in Geelong's best and fairest.
Continuing to be the defensive general, the star Cat led the club for spoils and intercept possessions, able to kill contests and repel opposition attacks when under immense pressure.
Reaching her 50th AFLW game midway through the season, Gunjaca was also Geelong's nomination for the AFLPA's Most Courageous Player Award, outstanding recognition for her commitment to the contest.
Set to be the cornerstone in defence once again in 2026, Gunjaca's leadership and presence will be important under Geelong's new coach and game style.
