Geelong Cats can provide the following Deakin AFLW Health Update ahead of their Round 11 game against Fremantle on Saturday at GMHBA Stadium.

Claudia Gunjaca, Renee Morgan and Kate Kenny will be tests to play this week.

Scans last week revealed a mild AC joint disruption in Gunjaca’s shoulder, with the defender required to get through full training this week to be available for selection. Morgan was a late withdrawal from last weekend’s scrimmage with groin soreness.

Jackie Parry has entered the AFLW concussion protocol following an incident in the fourth quarter of Saturday’s game against West Coast.

Zali Friswell will eye a return to play in the next 4-6 weeks after scans showed her stress reaction was healing positively.

As confirmed by the Club last on Friday, Emma Kilpatrick sustained an ACL injury to her left knee at training last week and will miss the remainder of the 2026 season.

The Cats return home to take on Fremantle and celebrate Cultural Heritage Round this Saturday from 3.05pm at GMHBA Stadium, chasing their tenth straight win. Tickets are available now via Ticketmaster.
