Earned a recall to the AFL side for the final three games of the season, after averaging 12 disposals and booting 17 goals from eight games in the VFL last year. Showed strong form throughout the year despite battling injuries at different stages, before showing his potential at the top level to close out the year. Demontrated his versatility both as a forward and in the ruck at times, making Neale one to watch for the Cats heading into 2024.
