Jordan Ivey is back for the Cats this week.

Geelong has made two changes for their Round 6 AFLW clash against North Melbourne at GMHBA Stadium on Friday at 7.10pm.

The match will see two inform teams go head-to-head with the Cats and Kangaroos on three and four game winning streaks respectively.

The Cats welcome back midfielder Jordan Ivey from a one game suspension.

“We’ll be delighted to have Jordy back in the team. She’s been tremendous for us throughout our whole two-and-a-half years as a footy team,” AFLW coach Paul Hood said.

Cassie Blakeway is the other player who comes in this week and will play her first AFLW game this season.

Georgia Clarke and Rebecca Goring have been omitted.

Star duo Melissa Hickey and Richelle Cranston will play their 25th AFLW games. Both previously played for Melbourne prior to joining Geelong last year.

This will be the first time these two teams have met in the AFLW competition.
