Geelong will take a vastly different looking line-up into Thursday night's clash, making seven changes as they look to bounce back against St Kilda at GMHBA Stadium.

As announced earlier in the day, Jay Polkinghorne headlines the inclusions with the high-flying forward set to make his AFL debut against the Saints, following a brilliant run of form at VFL level.

Gryan Miers will return for his first AFL game since Round 13, Brad Close has been selected and will add some valuable pressure in Geelong's forward half, while Mark O'Connor will also take his place after being a late withdrawal against GWS last Saturday.

Mitch Edwards has been added back into the line-up to bolster the ruck, Jhye Clark will feature at the elite level for the first time since Round 3, while James Worpel rounds out the plethora of changes and will play his seventh AFL game in the Hoops.

The Cats had two forced changes, with Jeremy Cameron (AC joint) and Tanner Bruhn (neck) set to miss after sustaining injuries against the Giants.
