Geelong Cats can provide the following GMHBA Health Update ahead of Saturday’s Round 1 clash against Fremantle at GMHBA Stadium.
Patrick Dangerfield and Jeremy Cameron are edging closer to a return for Saturday’s Round 1 clash after missing the Club’s Opening Round match.
“Both Pat and Jeremy were extremely close to playing in Opening Round, ultimately we felt it best they had another week of preparation. They’ll need to get through our main session this week and if they do, they’ll play Saturday,” Cats EGM Football Andrew Mackie said.
Rhys Stanley remains on track to play in this week's VFL practice match.
Tickets to see the Cats in their first hit-out of the year at GMHBA Stadium are available now via Ticketmaster.
