Geelong Cats is pleased to welcome Plan Group onboard as a Premier Partner for its AFLW program.
Plan Group recently delivered the Club’s football department upgrades, which saw completed a new locker room for the AFLW players, a Club lounge and parents’ room and an upgrade to the football department strength and conditioning areas, including administration areas, medical treatment rooms and gym upgrade.
Geelong Cats CEO Steve Hocking said the Club was thrilled for Plan Group to join and extend its support for the Cats’ AFLW program in 2025.
“Plan Group is a proud local organisation and did an outstanding job in delivering our football department upgrade last year which included an update to our AFLW space, and we’re pleased that the team is now onboard as a partner for our women’s program,” Hocking said.
“We thank Plan Group again for their support in elevating our facilities and look forward to working with Jarod Mason and the team to continue to help elevate our Club and women’s program.”
Plan Group Director Jarod Mason said the organisation was pleased to sign on as a Premier Partner.
“Plan Group is excited to partner with the Geelong Football Club's AFLW program for season 2025,” Mr Mason said.
“This partnership is a natural alignment for Plan Group, with many shared values between the two proud Geelong entities, anchored around a shared commitment to the local Geelong community, and our parallel commitment to the promotion and development of gender equality in traditionally male-dominated industries.
“This alignment was recently strengthened via Plan Group's award-winning delivery of the club's new AFLW locker room, club lounge, medical treatment and gym facilities, which are already having a great impact. We're excited for the season ahead, and to watch our partnership grow across season 2025 and beyond.”
