Geelong has made two changes for Saturday's crucial clash with the GWS Giants at GMHBA Stadium.

In exciting news, Julia Crockett-Grills will make her return to the Cats' line-up after overcoming a hamstring injury she sustained in Round 6.

Erica Fowler is also set to make her return after missing last week's clash with Carlton.

Meg McDonald and Caitlin Thorne make way for the returning duo, with both players omitted for Saturday's match.

Geelong Cats v GWS GIANTS

Round 9

GMHBA Stadium, Geelong • VIC

It is crunch time for Geelong as they head into the final month of the home and away season, needing to gather momentum and mount a charge if they are to have any chance of featuring in Finals this year.

Georgie Prespakis will reach her 50th AFLW game this weekend, another incredible milestone in her brilliant career so far despite being just 22 years old.

The Cats will wear a guernsey celebrating personal connections to Pride across the two weeks of Pride Round in the 2025 NAB AFLW Season. The guernsey, which was debuted last season, features the colours of the Pride Progress Flag intertwined with the Cats’ iconic blue and white Hoops, as well as a rainbow Geelong Cats logo.

For Geelong fans looking to attend Saturday's match, the club is offering a special deal with two tickets for the price of one in Round 9. Head to Ticketmaster and use the code AFLW20252FOR1 to secure your seat.
