Geelong are heading back to the AFL Grand Final for the 20th time in the club's history, searching for their 11th premiership when they take on Brisbane in the big dance this weekend. 

It has been a remarkable season to date, the Cats breaking a number of records en route to the last Saturday in September. 

Numerous players are in the midst of career-best seasons, with Geelong looking to finish the year on a nine game winning streak if they can defeat the Lions in the Grand Final.
