Stewart suffered a Grade 2 MCL injury to his right knee against the Magpies but has made sufficient progress in his recovery to potentially be back on Sunday to face the Suns according to Coach Chris Scott.
"He's made really, really, strong progress, he's banging down our door," Coach Chris Scott told reporters on Thursday morning.
“It's really exciting for us that an injury that looked like it good be multiple weeks, even a month, is not going to be that. If it's not this week it looks like it will be next week which is great news for everyone.”
Kolodjashnij has also been included and is a chance to lineup on Sunday.
"Yeah, he has (got the tick to play). That's really positive, he was really close last week, he's done some good training, and he's available. But a bit like others we haven't had the big group session because of the long break, we prioritised recovery a little bit more so today will be informative," Scott said.
Sunday's game shapes as a big contest for both sides who are chasing their first victory of the 2023 Toyota AFL season. The action will commence at 2.10pm AEDT, with the match to be televised on Fox Footy and Kayo.
