The Geelong community is right behind the Cats this weekend.

The Geelong community has shown excitement and passion in the lead up to tomorrow’s Grand Final with Schools, Community Groups and local organisations showing their Cats colours!

Local school students flocked through the decorated front gates in their Cats guernseys and into their classrooms this week which featured blue and white balloons and streamers plus signs of well wishes for the team.

Students and teachers have shown their creativity through video content with messages of support and renditions of the Cats theme song!

To spread the Geelong Cats love, giveaway posters and packs were donated to, Gateways Support Services, Leisure Networks, Barwon, Nelson Park and Northern Bay schools to give out to students, clients and to decorate their rooms with!

We thank Ford for the generous show bags that the Cats were able to give to the patients on the Children’s Ward of the Barwon Health Foundation University Hospital. Complete with a Cats beanie, scarf and other little items to ensure any little Cats, or Footy fan behind the Cats this weekend, had a smile on their face.

The Geelong Cats wouldn’t be where they are today without the support of the Geelong Community and we know that everyone will be cheering the team on to bring the Premiership Cup home.
