Geelong has named an unchanged line-up for its preliminary final clash against Brisbane at the Gabba on Saturday night.
It will be a massive occasion with the winner set to the meet the victor of Port Adelaide and Richmond in the Grand Final, while for the loser their season will come to an end.
Coach Chris Scott is encouraging his team to embrace the pressure and every moment.
“You have no choice but to embrace it,” Scott said at Friday’s press conference.
“It is a privilege to be in this position and a lot of teams fight hard to even get this opportunity, so we are honoured to have that right, but it comes with a bit of pressure and I think the best way to face up to that is head on.”
Saturday’s preliminary final will be televised on Channel Seven with the first bounce at 7.40pm AEDT.
