Geelong has named an unchanged side for their Round 9 blockbuster against West Coast at Optus Stadium on Saturday night.

The action will commence at 8.10pm AEST (6.10pm AWST) and be televised live on Channel Seven from 7pm AEST.

The last time the two sides met was in last year's semi-final with the Cats triumphant on that occasion by 20 points.

West Coast will be chasing a fifth straight victory after an impressive performance against Collingwood last week, while the Cats will take confidence from their win against the Dockers in tough conditions. 

First-year Cat Cooper Stephens has been named as an emergency for the first time. Joining him are James Parsons, Nathan Kreuger and Zach Guthrie.
