CatsMatch

Darcy Fort and Gryan Miers took part in the CatsMATCH program via Zoom.

CatsMATCH is a program in partnership with GenU which focuses on young people who are unemployed with a focus on employability skills and health and wellbeing.

Darcy and Gryan spoke to the group about the way in which Covid-19 has affected them both throughout football and off field. Tips were shared on how they constantly skill up both professionally and personally along with insights on hub life!

Lets Play 

Luke Dahlhaus, Sam Simpson, Gryan Miers, Jack Henry, Bec Goring and Maddie Boyd contributed to a ‘Lets Play’ campaign with AFL Barwon which was aimed at junior footballers and netballers across the region prior to the season beginning last weekend!

Nathan Kreuger and Blake Schlensog zoomed in from the Perth Hub to check in on the c this week, where they shared their advice on how to stay positive and connected during these times. 

Geelong Strong Cares program

With thanks to Barwon Water supporting our Geelong Strong Cares program, and though our Dlijang program, the Geelong Cats teamed up with EMPOW+R to deliver grocery packs out to 45 local families in need in the Geelong region.
