It’s time to make your vote for the Round Six Charles Rose Fan MVP, after our Cats went down to North Melbourne at GMHBA Stadium on Friday.

REPORT – INJURY-HIT CATS GO DOWN TO ROOS

Olivia Purcell, Danielle Higgins, Meg McDonald and Nina Morrison have shared the spoils so far this year.

This week Cats fans can pick from Meghan McDonald, Julia Crockett-Grills, Olivia Purcell and Renee Garing.

Meghan McDonald (One goal, 14 disposals, five marks)

McDonald was terrific early pushing forward to kick her first goal in Cats colours and just the second overall for her career. The Roos would have won for a greater margin if it wasn't for her defensive efforts in the second half with McDonald at her intercept marking best.

Olivia Purcell (18 disposals, five tackles)

Was Geelong's highest possession winner. Purcell was particularly influential in the second quarter with six of her touches coming in that term.

Julia Crockett-Grills (One goal, 12 disposals, five tackles)

Crockett-Grills produced a lively performance against the Roos. Her right foot snap from deep in the pocket at the start of the second term was sensational!

Renee Garing (10 disposals, nine tackles)

Got through a mountain of work finishing with a game-high nine tackles. Did a good job feeding her outside midfielders at stoppages.
