Danielle Higgins (Two goals, 19 disposals and five tackles)

Higgins starred for the Cats, kicking the opening goal of the game and another important major early in the second quarter. The lively forward provided a spark for Geelong throughout the match, recording 19 disposals, five tackles and four marks to go alongside her two goals.

Jordan Ivey (14 disposals, seven tackles)

Won the hard ball and fed her outside midfielders throughout. Always prepared to put her body on the line for the benefit of the team.

Meghan McDonald (14 disposals, four marks)

McDonald produced a polished performance in her first game back from injury. The reigning best and fairest winner was a calming influence down back and was rarely beaten one-on-one.

Maddy McMahon (11 disposals, three marks)

McMahon was excellent again this week for the Cats down back taking a couple of really strong contested marks and helping curb Adelaide's dangerous forwards.

Olivia Purcell (One goal, 19 disposals)

Purcell continued her blistering start to 2020 with a strong performance against last year's reigning premier. She won plenty of the football and kicked a classy goal in the third quarter to keep the Cats in it.
