Geelong Cats are pleased to announce Jacob Molier has signed a one year contract with the Club which will see him in the Hoops until at least the end of 2027.

Drafted by the Cats in the 2024 AFL Draft, the 19-year-old forward continued his development at the VFL level in 2026, overcoming early injury interruptions to play 10 games and finish the season with 12 goals.

Eleven of those goals came across Molier’s final six appearances, as he played an important role in Geelong's run to the VFL Grand Final.

Geelong Cats Executive General Manager of Football Andrew Mackie said Molier had continued to make strong progress in his development this season.

“Jacob continued to develop his game throughout the year and worked hard to build consistency following his return in the second half of the VFL season.

“He's an exciting young player, and we’re pleased to retain Jacob for 2027.”
