Bailey Smith has been awarded his first Carji Greeves Medal at Crown Palladium on Thursday evening, joining the Club's esteemed list of Best and Fairest winners.

Smith, who was runner up last year, polled 178 votes to lead the count, with Max Holmes finishing runner-up on 151 votes. Shaun Mannagh rounded out the podium in third with 131 votes, while Connor O’Sullivan (129 votes) and Ollie Dempsey (128 votes) completed the top five.

The 25-year-old capped an outstanding second season in the Hoops, where he played 24 of a possible 25 games, and was recognised amongst the competition's best. He earned a second consecutive All-Australian selection, was runner-up in the Brownlow Medal with a career-best 36 votes and finished in fifth place in the AFLCA Champion Player of the Year award.

Finishing in second place, two-time Carji Greeves Medallist Max Holmes secured his third consecutive podium finish after another impressive season. Despite playing just 20 games due to an ankle injury, Holmes remained influential through the midfield and off halfback with his decisive run and ball use a trademark of the season.

Mannagh's third place finish saw him on the podium for the first time, being recognised for his consistency this season. The forward, who spent more time in the midfield in 2026, proved to be a dangerous presence inside 50 throughout the year, including a career-high five-goal performance in Round 10.

Mark Blicavs was recognised with the Tom Harley Best Club Person award for the second consecutive year, having shared the honour with Tom Atkins in 2025. Blicavs was nominated by his teammates for his contribution to the playing group and the Club.

Mitch Edwards was named the Club's Best Young Player after an impressive debut season that saw him feature in 20 games, while Mannagh claimed a second accolade on the night, going back-to-back as the Club's Community Champion.

The evening also saw the Club recognise and farewell its departing players including 2022 Premiership teammates Rhys Stanley, Jake Kolodjashnij and Jed Bews.
