Geelong has locked in their starting line-up as they prepare for another big game, making two changes for Saturday's clash with North Melbourne at Marvel Stadium.

Patrick Dangerfield will make his return this week after overcoming an injury, set to play his first game since Geelong's victory over Melbourne in Round 20.

It will also be a historic outing for the Cats skipper, who is set to play the 376th game of his AFL career, moving into the top 10 on the all-time V/AFL leaderboard for games played.

After being managed last weekend, emerging ruckman Mitch Edwards returns to the team to take on North Melbourne.

Sam De Koning will miss Saturday's match through injury, while Jack Martin is set to be managed.
