Geelong has named its final team that will play Hawthorn in a massive Easter Monday clash at the MCG.

Cameron Guthrie comes into the side to play his first AFL match this year.

Guthrie missed the opening three rounds of the season with a calf injury and returned via the VFL last weekend and made an instant impact.

Playing predominantly on-ball, Guthrie collected a team-high 25 disposals, five clearances and four inside 50s.

He will return in place of second-year Cat Charlie Constable, who has been managed.

“He's a young player we need to get through the season so that was a priority for us, even over and above players coming back into the team,” Coach Chris Scott said earlier this week.

"It was either going to be last week or this week, and it's not a reflection of his performance because he's been going really well."

With a crowd of more than 70,000 expected, supporters are encouraged to arrive early ahead of the first bounce at 3.20pm.
