Stewart on the 200 game celebrations

I am excited, it has been an exciting start to the week obviously coming off the North game.

There is way more people in the room than I anticipated, so this isn't a lot of fun for me.

But I am very excited, just get through this and then I can focus on the game.

I will celebrate with those nearest and dearest to me afterwards.

Stewart on his time to reflect

Obviously in the off-season, you understand that game 200 won't be too far into the season.

I have taken a few quiet moments this week to just let some people close to me know how much they mean to me.

It is a nice moment when you get a milestone, to pause and reflect on those who do play a significant part in your journey.

I am going to take some moments this week to really let some people know how much they have helped me, and how much I really truly value what they have done for me.

Stewart on whether he thought 200 games was possible

Nope, not at all.

I was a long way off it when I was an 18 year old, to be sitting here preparing for game 200 is really special.

It is not something that I take lightly at all, and it is not something I take for granted.

As I said, it is almost not about me this week, it is about those who got me to this point and those that have supported me and cared for over the journey.

I am going to take the opportunity to really let them know how much they mean to me.

Stewart on how he took his game to another level

Again, I will try to deflect as much as I can but it was the blokes I was playing with.

It was playing with Andrew Mackie and Tom Lonergan, Harry Taylor at the start of my career. You fast forward to now, Zach Guthrie and Jack Henry, Mark O'Connor, the guys that I have played for as long as I have been in the league.

They make me the player that I am.

Obviously I have to come to the party with that, and play my role within the system, then go after the things that I think I am pretty good at.

They have saved my a*** more often than not, so I am very lucky to play with some amazing blokes.
