Geelong Cats can provide the following GMHBA Health Update ahead of their Round 8 match against North Melbourne at GMHBA this Saturday.
Mark Blicavs will miss this week’s match after sustaining an injury to his left knee against Port Adelaide.
Geelong Cats EGM Football, Andrew Mackie said, “Mark had scans this week which confirmed an injury to the lateral ligament of his left knee. He will be off legs this week, and once he starts running we will have a better indication of his return to play timeline, which we expect to still be in the short term.”
Gryan Miers is progressing well, taking part in the Club’s field session today, he will continue on his individualised program and work towards a return in the next 1–3 weeks.
