The Geelong Football Club has hosted two successful Bulla Cats Academy come and try sessions in recent weeks, helping the club to connect with young talent in the Western District and Wimmera regions.
The first session was held on the 1st of March in Warrnambool, kicking off Geelong's 2026 community camp which was closely followed by a session in Horsham on the 8th of March.
Supported by Bulla, the training experience gave young athletes between the ages of 13 and 15 the opportunity to trial with Geelong's Academy, while also connecting with other talented individuals from across the region.
Among the coaches at the sessions was Cats AFLW star, Amy McDonald, who assisted in the experience as she prepares for another big season in 2026, providing valuable advice to attendees.
