Geelong Cats is on the lookout for prospective VFLW players, with the Club set to hold a VFLW Talent ID Day on Saturday 15 November.

The VFLW is a great opportunity to play football at a higher level and has been a pathway for many AFLW players to the elite level.

Current Geelong Cats AFLW players such as Claudia Gunjaca, Piper Dunlop and Melissa Bragg all earned their way onto the list after developing in the Cats’ VFLW program.

Whether you are an experienced footballer or have never played a game, women (aged 18 and over) of all sporting backgrounds are encouraged to register their interest.

Date: Saturday 15 November 2025.
Time: 8am – 11am (8am arrival for 8:30am start).
Venue: Deakin University Elite Sports Precinct, Waurn Ponds.
Details: Bring your football boots and runners for skills testing (the football drills will be non-contact).
