Geelong head west in Round 12 as they look to continue their strong run of form, taking on the West Coast Eagles at Optus Stadium on Sunday.

The Cats are coming off back-to-back victories over the past fortnight, registering strong wins over Port Adelaide and the Western Bulldogs to ascend to fifth on the ladder.

This week Geelong will face an Eagles team that has struggled so far in 2025, currently sitting on the bottom of the ladder with one win.

KEY PLAYER TO WATCH

Shannon Neale

What a time for Shannon Neale to return to his home state of Western Australia, the big Cat in sensational form coming off a career-high five goal display against the Western Bulldogs last week.

It was a complete performance from the spearhead forward, who finished with 16 disposals and 11 score involvements, while also spending time in the ruck and winning three clearances.

Neale has been impactful for the Cats in 2025, leading the team in contested marks (12th in AFL) while hitting the scoreboard in nine of 11 matches so far.
