Geelong has made three changes for Thursday night's blockbuster clash against the Western Bulldogs at GMHBA Stadium.

Star defender, Tom Stewart is set to make his return after being named in the side for the first time since the Round 7 game against Carlton.

Rhys Stanley has also been selected and will make his return from a hamstring injury, while Ted Clohesy's strong performance in the VFL last week has earned him a recall to the AFL team.

As announced earlier in the week, Patrick Dangerfield and Jack Bowes will miss this week after sustaining injuries against the Power, while Connor O'Sullivan will be managed.
