Geelong has made two changes ahead of Sunday's Second Semi Final against Melbourne at Ikon Park.

Kate Darby comes straight back into the line-up after missing the Elimination Final through suspension, supporting Erin Hoare in the ruck as well as giving the Cats another tall option up forward.

Forward Gabbi Featherston also returns to the team for her fourth match of the season, with Chloe Scheer ruled out for at least one match with a hairline fracture in her collarbone.

The Cats will be looking to produce more of the scintillating football they showed against Essendon in the first week of finals as they prepare to take on one of the toughest challenges in the AFLW in the form of the reigning premiers.

The must-win clash will be the just the second time the Cats and Demons have faced off in the AFLW, with the only previous meeting coming in Round 5 this year.

First bounce will be at 3:05pm at Ikon Park this Sunday, with the winner advancing to a Preliminary Final against Brisbane, while it will be season over for the losing side. Tickets are available from Ticketmaster at $10 for adults and concessions, while juniors (under 18s) can redeem free tickets. 

The match will be broadcast live on Channel 7 from 3:00pm with a pre-game show at 2:30pm, while the game also available on 7plus and Fox Footy. The match will also be streamed through Kayo and the Official AFL Live App.
