Geelong has made four changes to its VFLW line-up ahead of Saturday's clash with Box Hill Hawks.

AFLW-listed Ingrid Houtsma will return to the team, along with Kalani Scoullar, Jane McMeel and Elise Vella.

Houtsma, who is yet to make her AFLW debut, has proved to be a versatile weapon for the Cats' VFLW side this season, slotting in to roles through the midfield, forward and defence. She has been named on the ball for Saturday's match.

The Cats will be without midfielder Charlotte Simpson, who will be lining up for the All Stars Under 23 team at Marvel Stadium on Sunday, while Gabbi Featherston (managed), Analea McKee (managed), and Lucy Della Monica are the other outs.

With three rounds remaining in the home and away season, the Cats will be striving to bounce back to help sure up their spot in finals, after back-to-back losses have seen them slip to second place on the ladder, equal on points with Collingwood and Port Melbourne, and just one win clear of seventh-placed Williamstown.

First bounce is at 12pm on Saturday at Deakin University Elite Sports Precinct. For those unable to attend, the match will be streamed live and free on the official AFL App and Website.
