Geelong's 2023 VFLW squad.

Geelong has welcomed a host of new faces to its VFL Women’s program ahead of the 2023 season.

Former Geelong Falcon Poppy Schaap, who spent the past two seasons on Carlton’s AFLW list, headlines the inclusions, along with Box Hill Hawks pair Abby Favell and Sarah Perrott.

There are plenty of familiar faces going around again, with the likes of Bree Beckley, Breanna Pratt, Sachi DeGiacomi, Kalani Scoullar and Chloe Leonard pulling on the Hoops again.

Under VFLW rules, players aged under 22 are placed on a development list, while open-aged players are named on the primary list.

The Cats’ 2023 VFLW season begins at Deakin University Elite Sports Precinct on March 25.
