Geelong will take on Collingwood in a Saturday twilight game for its Djilang Match after the league confirmed the AFLW Round 3 fixture.

The Cats and Magpies will face off next Saturday, 10 September, with first bounce at 4.10pm AEST.

Round 3 marks the beginning of the NAB AFLW Season 7 Indigenous Round, which will be celebrated across Rounds 3 and 4.

The AFLW Indigenous Round acknowledges the significant contribution of First Nations peoples to Australian football and the broader community.

All 18 AFLW clubs will wear specially designed Indigenous Round guernseys across Round 3 and 4, each with a unique design and story signifying the rich cultures of First Nations peoples.

Geelong will wear the Djilang Guernsey designed by Wadawurrung woman Corrina Eccles.

The Cats will be looking to keep momentum rolling after a promising start to the season. They currently sit atop the AFLW ladder with two wins and a healthy percentage.

More information about the Djilang Match and ticketing for the Cats' home game will be released in the coming days. Keep an eye on the Geelong Cats website, app and Cats Women's socials for updates.
