GEELONG has named a strong line-up for its Round 9 VFL clash with the Northern Bullants at Preston City Oval on Sunday.

Cats supporters will get its first look at new draftees Toby Conway and Flynn Kroeger.

Conway was selected at pick 24 in last year's National Draft and has been earmarked as the Cats' ruckman of the future while Flynn Kroeger is an explosive midfielder taken with selection 48.

The pair are amongst nine inclusions to the Bendigo Bank Cats team with AFL-listed players Cooper Stephens, Mitch Knevitt, Francis Evans and Ollie Dempsey returning to the side after a taste of senior action in recent weeks.

Ryan Abbott, Angus Byrne, Oskar Faulkhead are the other inclusions, whilst Gary Rohan headlines the omissions after getting a call up for Geelong's AFL clash with Port Adelaide at GMHBA Stadium on Saturday.
