“There is a strong sense of optimism and eagerness for the upcoming AFLW campaign after a successful pre-season to date. We’ve got a new set of values, new game plan and welcomed many new people within our program both on and off field.

“Those changes wouldn’t be possible without the support of our members and on behalf of the Club I’d like to thank each and every member for their commitment, especially after what has been such a difficult period for so many with Covid-19.”

Since entering the AFLW competition in 2018 the Club has contributed towards significant participation growth in the region and is committed to driving further growth, opportunities and visible pathways for women and girls in our community.

“Right across the board we’ve seen new people attracted to AFLW, bringing a greater diversity of supporters, and showcasing what is truly possible when we all invest, empower and enable our women’s team.
