Female junior footballers and football fans are invited to join in a special Zoom event led by AFLW Cat Becky Webster this Wednesday night.
The 45-minute AFLW Cats Chat session, which is aimed at girls aged 13-18, focuses on tips and advice to maintain your health and fitness during the off-season.
Join Webster from 7.30pm on Wednesday as she interviews the club’s performance dietician Dom Condo, AFLW physical performance coach Anula Costa and teammate Liv Barber to give you some inspiration, tips and advice during the off-season – as well as a few things to help you out on game day!
The Zoom event will be the second in the AFLW Cats Chat series of virtual sessions for junior female footballers in the region, following on from last month’s Keeping Active in the Off-Season session.
Participants do not need to have attended the first session to join in on Wednesday’s Zoom call.
