There is so much to get excited about this weekend, as Geelong returns home for the first time in the 2026 season. 

Accessible Parking is via Gate B (Latrobe Terrace) on Saturday afternoon. 

The Cats will also have two buggies in operation:

  • C7 will start at 2.15pm until midway through the first quarter
  • A4 to A2 will start at 3.15pm until midway through the first quarter
  • Both buggies will operate for 15 minutes post match

The Sensory Zone is located on the ground floor of the Players stand (inside Gate 8) and features a dim, quiet room, away from the stadium atmosphere, with the inclusion of a smaller multi-sensory room.

On event days, visitors can hire Sensory Bags containing noise-cancelling headphones, fidget toys, social cue cards, and more, free of charge from the Sensory Zone.

Geelong Cats and Kardinia Park Stadium Trust staff have been trained to recognise the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower and better support people with hidden disabilities.

The Cats Shop is open from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. 

GAME DAY

The Cats Shop will be open from 2.15pm on Saturday and will remain open until one hour after the final siren. 

The Merchandise Van will be operating from 1.15pm at the Legends Plaza until the start of the game.

Geelong's Round 1 clash with Fremantle will be broadcast on Fox Footy and streamed through Kayo, with coverage set to commence at 4.00pm AEDT ahead of the opening bounce at 4.15pm.
