Willis played predominantly through the midfield at VFL level in 2023, but a frustrating run with injuries interrupted his campaign. Taken with pick 32 in the 2021 AFL draft, Willis has shown plenty of speed and power when he takes the field with promising signs heading into 2024. His standout performance last year came in round seven against Southport, where he collected 21 disposals and booted three goals.
