Scans this morning have confirmed Nina Morrison ruptured the ACL graft in her right knee last night.
Morrison sustained the injury in the third quarter of Geelong’s loss to North Melbourne at GMHBA Stadium.
This is the second ACL injury to Morrison’s right knee after the 19-year-old ruptured her right ACL in February 2019.
The club’s AFLW medical team will work to determine Morrison’s surgery and rehabilitation plan in the coming days.
