On Friday night Geelong's skipper picked up a nomination for this year's Mark of the Year Award.

Joel Selwood was positioned just inside-50 when he stole the sneaky contested mark while being wedged between two Carlton players.

George Horlin-Smith was also nominated for the 2014 Goal of the Year.

Vote for Selwood's mark and go in the running for the weekly cash prize of $200 and the major cash prize of $5000 at the end of the season, thanks to Lifebroker and Hungry Jack’s. Click here to vote.
