Geelong's emerging midfielder George Horlin-Smith has been nominated for this year's Goal of the Year Award.

Joel Selwood was nominated for the 2014 Mark of the Year.

Friday night the young Cat demonstrated his kicking ability after taking a gutsy kick for goal from the boundary. From a crowded pack, Horlin-Smith took no chances and went on to boot a much needed major from inside the pocket.
