A stalwart of Geelong's backline for an extended period of time, Kolodjashnij unfortunately faced adversity in 2025 as his season was restricted by injury. 

The lockdown defender managed three VFL appearances across the year, ending the season on a positive note by featuring in the final two games and showing plenty of his trademark dour defending.
