An exciting prospect out of Western Australia, Geelong secured Renee Morgan in the 2025 AFLW Draft, a talented young on-baller who is able to have an impact both offensively and defensively.

Her consistency impressed during her time with South Fremantle, with Morgan most notably averaging 16.9 disposals and 8.1 tackles per game in 2025, maintaining solid numbers across all three years.

Morgan also impressed for Western Australia at the National Championships, averaging 18.5 disposals and 3.0 clearances across eight games, playing a combination of midfield and forward.

A great contested player with clean, natural skills and the ability to use both sides of her body, Morgan certainly has the skillset to make an impact at the top level as she begins her AFLW career with Geelong in 2026.
