Geelong has made one change to its side for the clash with Port Adelaide bringing in dashing defender Jackson Thurlow for his first game for 2014.

Thurlow replaces injured defender Andrew Mackie who will miss with hamstring soreness.

Cats fans will have to wait another week to see the return of Steven Motlop who will line up for the Cats VFL side on Sunday at Simonds Stadium.

The Cats head to Adelaide Oval with a 10-0 record since 2007.
