The Geelong Cats are pleased to announce a new partnership with Direct Recruitment.

The club has signed a two year supplier partnership with Direct Recruitment which will see the company become the official labour hire supplier at all Geelong Cats home games and other major events at Simonds Stadium.

Direct Recruitment have been the provider of employment services to job seekers and employers in metropolitan and regional Victoria, including Geelong since 1995.

They have a proud history of partnering with other great Geelong organisations such as City Of Greater Geelong, NDIA, Surf Coast Shire and Go Traffic.

Geelong Cats General Manager Corporate Braith Cox said the club is looking forward to working with Direct Recruitment.

“As a club, we are pleased to have partnered with a locally based company who are working to improve employment rates in Geelong,” Cox said.

“Direct Recruitment are a great fit for us and we are excited to be working with them throughout the next two years.”

Direct Recruitments Managing Director Jamie Croft, said his company was very pleased to be supplying match day staff for the Cats. 

“Cats home games are the biggest sporting show in town and Direct is excited to be a part of that.”

“Our staff’s job will be to get everyone into the ground and seated ready for that first bounce against Freo on the 12th of April.  I’m sure we’ll do it well”

“We are also sponsoring the Cats and look forward to Stevie J kicking the Goal of the Year in front of the Direct Recruitment banner in the forward pocket,” Mr Croft added. 

Direct Recruitment will replace Skilled as the club’s labour supplier at Simonds Stadium.
